Warrantee


Plastic cooler parts only have a warrantee of one month after date of purchase. No exceptions. Customer is responsible for shipping charges for all warrantied parts.

Customers opting to use the U.S. Postal service be advised that we do not guarantee delivery times/dates, with the exception of Express Mail service.

We are not responsible for miss delivered orders due to incorrect shipping addresses. Customers are responsible for making sure the address provided is correct.

If shipping is not calculated order will not be processed. NO Exception!

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost for the return of unwanted parts.

Any attempt to confuse shipping cost calculator will result in order cancellation.

Orders returned to us due to incorrect shipping address will forfeit freight cost. Customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend package. No account will be charged without an emailed authorization to do so. NO Exception!

Return Policy:
1) Returned items must be in resalable condition.

c) In original packaging if applicable
2) Cool Cooler Parts must be notified of return via email.
3)Defective items will be inspected and or tested prior to refund.
a)Thermoelectric parts come with no guarantee or warranty. NO Exceptions!
b) Please provide brief note explaining defect.
4)For credit card customers all returns must be in our possession before the month anniversary of the date of purchase. NO Exception!
5)Customers using PayPal will be charged a 3% penalty for order cancellations or returns.
6)We do not credit shipping.
